The Aim of Teaching

Students at the Department are exposed to a comprehensive range of knowledge and skills from the fields of librarianship, information studies, and multimedia technology. All courses are designed to students in both practical and theoretical areas, which will help students fulfill their careers either in industry or in academia. More importantly, the students at the Department will be trained to increase their awareness of increasingly sophisticated information needs of the future.
